Our CEO

On behalf of the RGV Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, I want to introduce you to the many benefits and opportunities made available to you by becoming a member of our organization. The RGVHCC was created to assist minority-run and small businesses. Our partnerships with government and local agencies and UTRGV allow us to provide many bilingual resources to those who wish to open a new business or expand their current endeavors. Our Programs focus on the following:

  • Assisting the creation of new businesses and helping expand existing businesses

  • Supporting and promoting the value of the Hispanic market to businesses

  • Adding value to our members by providing strong government relations, international trade opportunities, and economic development

  • Assisting minorities and women-owned small businesses with valuable resources

  • Supporting and promoting events and activities related to education, health, leadership, and women issues

  • Providing networking opportunities

The chamber’s growth and success are made possible by our dedicated and supportive staff, our membership, AND new members! I hope that you become a part of this active, exciting, and non-discriminatory organization and take advantage of our benefits. I promise you won’t regret it!
